Applicant having experience in Head Hunting for Overseas Recruitment will be preferred
Candidates from HR/Recruitment, Direct Sales, Collections, Credit Card Sales, Telesales would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for End to End Recruitment which includes Sourcing, Shortlisting profiles, Scheduling Interviews, Candidate Co-ordination, and Client Coordination.
• Responsible for handling all Levels of Recruitment.
• Shortlisting Candidates through Telephonic Interview.
• Arranging face to face interview with client & intimating the candidates about the feedback
• Follow up with Candidates and Clients until the candidates get selected and ensure the joining process.

Skills:
• Should have Excellent Communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
• Should have good command on computer software: Ms. Office, Word, and Excel.
• Honest and dedicated to work
• Should be smart enough to tackle in any given situation
• Confident and have good presentation skills.
