The hostess is responsible for enhancing the customer experience for improved service levels and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining experience and reports to the restaurant supervisor.
Key areas of Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet the guests at the door
• Usher the guest to their seats
• Manage the flow of guests into the restaurant area, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests
• Identify and attend to special guest needs and requests such as elderly guests and children High energy
• Observant to guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
• Ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house
• Obtain customer feedback and inform the supervisor on duty in case of any complaints or issues
