The position of Chef De Partie consists of managing the daily preparation of food items for a station or a specific area in the kitchen, maintaining stock par levels & delegating tasks to Junior Chefs.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Formal training in Culinary Arts or at least 4 years practical culinary experience
