We are looking for results-driven event Sales Specialist to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Qualifications:
1. Highly professional and committed to the wedding industry
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
3. Previous experience of running events; in particular private events such as weddings at least minimum 2 years.
4. Previous experience in event sales and putting detailed proposals together
5. Good understanding of different wedding cultures
6. Good understanding of catering requirements
7. Availability to work late nights and weekends on a regular basis
8. Excellent telephone and message taking etiquette
9. Focused on delivering a high level of customer/ client service
10. Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients and event suppliers
11. Able to work under pressure and multi task particularly during the peak seasons
12. With pleasing personality
