Call Center Agent

• Candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English-read, write and speak
• Ability to answer calls and respond to inquiries from clients about the services provided
• Knowledge about the product and ability to explain accordingly to client
• Ability and knowledge of use of computer and to use the chat function on the website for people who inquire online
• Ability to transmit contacts of people calling to follow-up.
• Good conduct with colleagues and with clients on the phone
The candidate should have minimum 2 years’ experience as a call center agent in UAE.
