We are currently looking for Indian Male – ‘Property Management Coordinator’ with 2-5 Year UAE experience.
Job Responsibilities:

Handle and process maintenance request and completion
• Customer service management and system record.
• Update the calls, and complaints with Engineer and technicians.
• Understand the complaint to update the priority.
• Understand the all materials related to MEP.
• Material request and issue inventory preparation as per technicians.
• To manage the store inventory log in and log out the materials.
• Prepare and filing all the complaint reports according to the sites.
• To knowledge about the sequence of planned preventive maintenance , corrective maintenance.
• Good communication skills and customer service.
• Good typing skill.
Experience:
• Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
Job Requirements:
• Any degree
experience of 2-5 years (Minimum 2 years experience in UAE)
• Excellent command in English and Hindi is a must.
• Very good hands on experience in MS Word, Excel etc.
• Below 40 years of age
