To carry out the daily valuations and cost estimate of work in progress and tender invitations for landscape (hard & soft) fit-out and civil works, preparing tenders and contract documents including bills of quantities, take-off quantities as instructed by the Senior Management, prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts, negotiate and prepare contract variations claims the extra cost of the design, Value engineering, Procurement advice and assistance during the tendering procedures.
Skills:
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Contracting Company in the UAE or the Gulf region. Knowledge of Candy and Dolphin Software’s is an advantage. A valid UAE Driving License is a must, excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding communication in both written and English is a must.
Education:
*Diploma and certificates in Land surveying
or
*Civil Engineering / Chartered Quantity Surveyor would be an advantage.
Nationality:
Preferably Arabic speaker.
How to Use Keywords in Your Resume
ATS software is not always accurate. So when you’ve found the keywords to put on your resume, you need to include them clearly so that the ATS can read them.
Don’t: Embed resume keywords in images or use fancy fonts.
Do: Use standard fonts and avoid images in favor of plain text.
Stick to Plain Text
For an ATS, images are hard to read. While it might be tempting to spice up your graphic design resume by embedding keywords for your resume in fancy images, doing so will mean the ATS can’t read them.
