Requirements:
• Holder of Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
• 3+ years experience in entertainment industry.
• Must have customer service expertise.
• 3+ years experience in managing staff.
• Must be outgoing, presentable, team-player, results drive, energetic and charismatic.
General:
• Responsible to fully understand the centre’s KPI’s.
• Responsible to fully understand the centre’s operations.
• Responsible to know all job descriptions and procedures.
• Responsible to understand, represent and show the Action Zone culture and values in everything we do.
• Responsible to have full knowledge of party packages, events, and all Action Zone deals.
• Responsible to take on Assistant Branch Manager’s roles in addition when they are not on duty.
