Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of mise-en-place
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor
• Sweep and mop the fridges
• Stack and wash operating equipment
• Empty rubbish bins and bottle skips
• Clean equipment and areas as required by Supervisor
Main responsibilities is to wash dishes and clean the kitchen and equipment.
Suitable candidates should have 1 year experience in kitchen as Steward.
Preferred nationality: Sri Lankan, Indian, Nepalese.
