Has to have specific experience in Distillation and Reactors Column Process.
High level of expertise operating and troubleshooting both batch distillation systems.
Have knowledge for the process of separating the right components or substances from a liquid mixture by using selective boiling and condensation.
Ability to work independently and to organize tasks with minimum supervision.
Implementation of Design and Develops Manufacturing processes in fabricating, assembling, and installing components.
Required Skills Strong analytical approach to problem solving to deliver innovative solutions.
Providing technical and resource support required for day to day operations.
Providing operations and troubleshooting expertise in a specialty chemical and distillation driven manufacturing process.
Problem solving skills to define problems in practical terms, analyze critically, deliver solutions and follow through to resolution.
Responsible for maintaining the fabrication facility up to industrial standards, keeping machinery clean and in working condition, maintaining an inventory tracking system, managing machinery maintenance and procurement
Presenting detailed designs, process to management and clients
Writing technical reports and providing standard technical documentation as per management instructions
Providing technical advice to the engineering team, assisting in analyzing and interpreting process and performance data, providing relevant engineering insight to various departments in the company.
Support the site operations team on all requests as needed.
Should work well under pressure and be able to face and overcome unexpected obstacles, including emergencies.
All other duties and responsibilities related to designation and as per management instruction.
Job Requirement & Qualification:
Specialization in Distillation and Reactors Column process with minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
Strong computer skills (MS Office advanced user)
Strong communication and technical writing skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Ability to manage yourself and work under strict deadlines
