Senior ELV Presales Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Experienced in Estimation, Designing and preparing BOQ for ELV systems, AV, BMS, VDP, Home Automation, Gate Automation, Intrusion Detection, Call Center Solution, Home Theater System, Datacenter and Centralized Access Control System, CCTV, Access Control (Integrated & Standalone), Intrusion Detection System, Gate Barriers, Master Clock, etc.
– Maintain Supplier Relation for better pricing & should also be able to evaluate various vendors and suppliers to find the right match for the client opportunity
– Understand drawings, site requirement & specifications of the low current systems and be able to calculate/generate the BOQ, Prices Comparison Sheet, Bill of Materials and installation material.
– Review and design the technical solution required to address customer requirements.
– Prepares and handles technical proposal & submittal for any project prospects.
– Attend meetings with the Clients and work hand in hand with sales in closed monitoring of progress of sales opportunities.
– Understanding of competitions offering & provide a cost-effective value engineering solution.
– In Charge in the development of formal sales proposal and presents and differentiates solution offerings at a technical level from the market competition to meet Project and company target .
– Proactively support the sales team in pre-sales meeting with clients, understanding client needs.
– Give response to RFP and RFI in order to present a viable solution to client
– Do task responsibly as assigned by the Presales Manager.
– Knowledge of project phases, Engineering & site management manpower estimation concepts.
– Provide guidance and support to Technical Support Team for implementing the project.

EDUCATION: Degree in Electrical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE: Min 5 years UAE Experience.
