Job Requirements
1. Assist Key Account Head / Target Market Manager in implementing the relevant strategies and policies.
2. Assist to develop new Markets and Geographical regions to open new sales opportunities to the Company.
3. Establish new and maintain existing long term relationship with Key customers.
4. Analyze the potential and select key targets ensure that plans turn into actions through agreed qualitative and quantified action plans.
5. Networking and relationship building – supervise and provide strong support to existing and potential Key customers in all aspects of development across all Target Markets.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor degree, university graduate or equivalent
-Fluency in the English language is a must.
-Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
-Strong business sense and industry expertise.
-Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
