Dubai based IT Distribution company looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our sales team.
Job brief
* Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
* Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client.
* Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support.
* Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
*Co-ordinate between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
* Good computer skills (MS Office)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Exposure in E-Commerce platform will be an added advantage
* Minimum Educational qualification : Bachelors Degree.
