PROJECT ENGINEER – INTERIORS FIT-OUT & JOINERY

• Managing projects within the established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
• Should be responsible for the entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, closeout, etc.
• Must coordinate with drawing/documents submission for taking necessary authority approvals such as Dubai Municipality, Dubai, civil Defense, Mall managements etc.
• To Review and analyses drawing & specification to determine the project requirements and to prepare various estimates.
• Must conduct regular project review meetings.
• Developed maintain client/contractor relationship to support bid solicitation, review and award of projects.
• To Ensure Health and safety strictly follower at the site.
• To represent the company in all meetings.
• To verify the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.
• Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
• Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at the site.
• To Plan & organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.
• Quality control of work done at the site.
• To observe the skills, attitude, attendance, etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at the site.
• To ensure handling over of completed projects in a timely manner.
