Document Controller for QC Department

Company is looking for Document Controller for QC Department with below qualifications:

Required Skills or Tools:

Proficient using complete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and PC skills.
Proficient with email and calendaring system Microsoft Outlook preferred.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university or five to seven years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Entry for Production sheets received form Workshop.
Updating files with the latest revision of drawings and other documents.
Filling of signed reports.
Tracking QC Transmittals.
Preparation, filing, and scanning of QC Dossiers.
Should be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Excellent English communication skills.
