Preparation and maintenance of Suppliers, Contractors, Control accounts, with payments done according to their Supporting documents.
Preparation of bank accounts, Payable, Receivables and accounts reconciliations on a daily basis.
Reconcile vendor statement of accounts. Preparing Purchase Orders and coordinating with the payment department.
Posting of accounting transactions in the system.
Excellent in Excel, Tally, good communication.
