1. Skills Required:
• Self-starter, well organized, and motivated.
• Able to maintain/create good professional relationships with customers and fulfill their requirements.
• Ability to effectively negotiate with suppliers and coordinate work with fellow staff.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
• Creative and artistic.

2. Education and Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of related experience (in Sales or in celebs) in Abu Dhabi.
• High school graduate or a GED equivalent from a certified college.

3. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the proper display and arrangement of flowers in the shop.
• Maintain supply of fresh seasonal flowers, greenery, potted plants and decorative floral items for use in arrangements and displays
• Overseeing the packaging of flowers during sale.
• Reporting the damage or any other loss of flowers to the supervising manager.
• Increase team productivity by assisting designers and arranging original floral designs
• Looking into the quality and maintaining the standards of the store.
• Evaluating the sale of flowers and keeping a track of purchase trends and customer feedback.
• Take orders in person, over the phone and from the website from customers, including special requests, delivery date and location and processing payment
• Maintain daily records of sales and orders for accounts for POS systems in person and online
• Set up or break down at start and end of work day as well as general cleaning and straightening of work spaces on daily basis.
