Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a qualified candidate who is capable of handling multiple projects and operation department of organization,
We are looking for person who is experienced in handling Telecommunication projects . He should be responsible to direct whole team from E2E project execution.
Roles
Act as point of contact between team members and client, management.
Directs activities of the communication’s division’s administration and finance operation by scheduling and assigning work.
Determining methods for doing work, checking quality of work,
Participates in policy development and interprets and administers programs according to policies and procedures
Prepares long and short-term budgets and work plans used in implementation of Operational objectives. Monitors adherence to budgets and work plans to ensure objectives are met.
Plan the manpower required for the ongoing project and coordinate with internal staff and HR department for requirement
Recruits, develops, manages and retains a supervisory team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee relations.
Direct the asset (ie. uniforms, equipment, tools, etc.) management and recovery functions.
Answering questions, handling personnel issues, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of project activities.
Assists GM with management of daily telecommunications operations of the organization.
Performs special projects as requested by GM.
Requirement
Academic Qualification: Masters in Engineering (Telecommunication)

Certification: PMP
Nationality: Asian
Gender: Male
Driving License: Required
Salary: AED 7000/- to AED 8000/- per month+ Benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
