Responsibility:
1.Reports to the Project Director.
2.Supervises cost engineers, planners, document controllers and project administrators.
3.Provides overall project cost and schedule direction through the application of systems and methods for project change management, estimate development cost control, progress measurement and schedule.
4.Prepares monthly report.
Mandatory Competencies:
1.Proven track record in planning, coordinating and supervising teams of cost engineers, planners, document controllers and project administrators in oil and gas projects.
2.Knowledge and understanding of project management, project planning, progress measurement and reporting, contract administration, document control, business support, time and cost estimating and cost control principles.
3.Fluent in English; proficient in report writing and delivering presentations.
Qualification:
Mandatory:
Bachelor honors degree in a relevant technical discipline from a recognized institution.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Relevant Years of Experience:
In the Industry – 15 years
In the Position – 7 years.
