Responsibility:
1.Reports to the Data & IM Lead.
2.Controls MDRs and uploads documents to COMPANY CIS (Sharecat).
3.Receives, registers, distributes, returns comments and files all technical and non?technical documents.
4.Manages central hard copy and electronic filing systems.
5.Acts as focal point for return of consolidated comments to Contractor Document Control.
6.Populates and maintains COMPANY tag attribute database.
Mandatory Competencies:
1.Ability to organise and coordinate multiple tasks.
2.Experience using record document control management database systems.
3.Fluent in English.
Qualification:
Mandatory:
Educated to Diploma level with professional qualifications and accreditation relevant to the role.
Relevant Years of Experience:
In the Industry – 5 years
In the Position – 5 years.
