Responsibility:
1.Reports to COMPANY Representative and Project Director.
2.Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, faxing, calendars
management, photocopying, scanning etc.
3.Coordinates domestic/international travel and meeting and visa arrangements.
Mandatory Competencies:
1.Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and private information.
2.Excellent verbal and written communication.
3.Proficient in MS office software packages.
Qualification:
Mandatory:
Educated to Diploma level with professional qualifications and accreditation relevant to the role.
Relevant Years of Experience:
In the Industry – 5 years
In the Position – 5 years.
