POSITION- Outdoor Floral Sales Representative for Flower Shop

LOCATION- Abu Dhabi, UAE
SALARY – Salary Negotiable + Commission

1. Skills Required:
Self-starter, well organized, and motivated.
Knowledgeable in flora and flower design/arrangements to bring to events, hotels, and residences.
Outgoing and able to maintain/create good professional relationships with customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
Valid driving license required.

2. Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of related experience in Abu Dhabi.
Must know how to navigate within the Abu Dhabi region.

3. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Drive personal vehicle to specific locations in Abu Dhabi to deliver flower arrangements.
• Arrange flower bouquets, pull and pack orders as needed to get orders out on time
• Develop and implement methods to strengthen customer relationships to promote sales, expand current customer lists, and provide outstanding customer service
• Responsible for the care and handling of fresh flower and plants merchandise and reporting inventory problems to management
• Fill customer orders, confirm order, and assure quality of product for delivery is met within shipping deadlines
• Provide information to customer on new and current products and anticipate future needs
• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
• May prepare the store: effectively stocks and coordinates daily stocking process, actively handles merchandise, executes visual directions, and ensures a compelling presentation.
• Invoice customers with accurate pricing as instructed by management and buyers
• Notify customer of any problems with order fulfillment prior to shipment leaving the building and have suitable substitution in mind before communicating with the customer.
