Position Summary:
We are looking for a presentable, active Administration Executive/Front Desk Executive/Receptionist for our college located in Dubai International Academic City.
Eligibility:
Minimum Graduation Degree from a Recognized University,
Required Experience - 0 - 2 years, Dubai (UAE)
Preferably Female
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, is a must.
Presentable, soft-spoken and ability to multitask
Candidates with Prior experience as a front office assistant/ receptionist is preferred.
For greeting prospective students and parents and visitors to our college.
Greet parents, students and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude,
Assist Parents and students with the initial phase of the admissions.
Understand the nature of the enquiry and respond accordingly in consultation with the senior management.
Take messages, sort and reply emails.
Answer phones in a professional manner, and rout calls as necessary.
Perform all sorts of administrative duties, filing and paperwork, and any other administrative job assigned.
Prepare meeting and training rooms.
Scheduling appointments.
Job Details:
Salary: 2500- 3000 AED
Location: Dubai International Academic City
Working Days and Hours: 6 Days a week 9 AM to 6 PM,
Other Requirements: Travel Requirement: As on Company requirement to meet clients or attend assigned events.
Resume Keyword Practices to Avoid
We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.
Dishonest Keywords
It’s tempting to simply include all of the keywords you see in a job posting on your resume to maximize your chances of getting past the ATS.
But hiring managers are going to be suspicious if they see a resume that’s too perfect.
And even if you make it through to the interview, expect to be pressed with some tough questions about your skills.
Stick to the abilities and qualifications you actually have. Adding skills you lack will waste everyone’s time.
