Description
Responsible to welcome customers by greeting,
Identify and understand their interest and requirements, maintain clean and organized appearance of boutique.
Always create a positive image and show enthusiasm for products and develop a rapport with potential customers.
Assist customers in making selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions and with inquiries of product pricing.
Document sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
Responsible for taking measurements for custom made Abaya and fill out the forms for processing orders or repairs.
Ascertain that stock is properly displayed and maintained, and ensure that low stock situations are communicated to the branch supervisor & sales manager in a timely manner.
Establish a loyal client base of repeat customers by acquiring a full understanding of individual clients tastes and learning the features of every item in the store.
Cross sell our perfume brands by providing them with the required information & follow our brand SOPs and guidelines at all times.
Ensure that the highest standards of hygiene, dress, appearance, body language and conduct are maintained.
Maintain a friendly, professional behavior and conduct at all times with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
Provide excellent customer service while obtaining maximum sales.
Work as a team to achieve sales targets as set by the sales manager.
Report anything unusual or any major incidents, to management.
Handle customer complains in a calm and professional manner.
Upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, coupon deals, etc.
Process newly received shipments
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Management
Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Secondary certificate
Prefer Arabic speaking Female Sales Executives.
