In charge of CAD Drafting of architectural plans, 3D, elevations & sections, Shop Drawings & detailing for production & site works.
Preparing all set of drawings & documents for authority approvals.
Liaising with the design, technical, sales & joinery team and project management team for the clarity of design and other requirements which is needed to ensure smooth completion of the project.
Attending Site technical meetings and preparing sets of drawings for production & site works.
Finally preparing and updating all set of drawings & as-built drawings.
Complying all documents & drawings (soft & hard copy) of all the projects.
Liaise with all cross-functional team for project coordination.
The capability of understanding the needs and constraints of a project, and transform the brief into a creative concept.
It is MANDATORY to have experience in Interior Fit-out & Joinery projects
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Must have minimum 2-3 Years UAE Experience in Joinery/Fit-out, or Advertising/Events
Good Communication skills in English.
A graduate or related to Engineering Degree or any related courses.
