-> Maintain front desk area, keeping it clean and presentable at all times.
-> Receive guests, answer calls, maintain office supplies, keep files updated, circulate memos, sort and forward incoming emails, mails, faxes and courier deliveries.
-> Supervise work schedules and efficiency of company driver and office boy.
-> In charge of taking material request from site foreman and forwarding the LPO to particular supplier and arranging for the delivery of materials.
-> Provide secretarial support to the CEO, maintain his diary, schedule meetings/appointments, organize details of travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations and take care of his personal errands.
-> Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
