• daily site visiting and pushing civil to initiate the mep clearance, if the area is clear to work for mep contractors.
• once the clearance initiated pushing mep contractors to complete their work within the stipulated timing.
• quality of the mep work should not be compromised as there is any deviation, immediately informing seniors regarding the disputes.
• maintaining mep clearance log for the smooth work flow.
• to solve any disputes between the mep and civil contractors in an immediate basis.
• maintaining proper relationship with client, consultant and sub contractors.
