A Fast growing industry leader in Structural Steel Manufacturing and Contracting Company in Dubai looking for a well experienced Finance Manager: - The Finance Manager will be responsible for: • Manage all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, billing, Cost Accounting and revenue recognition. • Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements • Prepare and finalize yearly budget and review of the same by monthly and quarterly basis • Preparation of variance analysis • Experience in internal and external audits. • Consolidation of accounts on monthly basis • Computation, analysis and filing of monthly VAT Returns • Treasury Management: Deal with all kinds of banking requirements of a contracting company • Exposures in LC/LTR, Term Loans, Capex Loans etc. • Good relation with banks and financial institutions with excellent negotiation skills • Able to handle multiple requirements and work under tremendous pressure Requirements 1- UAE Residence is a must. 2-Indian Nationalities only. 3- CA/ CPA/ ACCA with 15 years in construction/contracting industries in UAE. 4- Well versed in Oracle Financials 5- Advanced MS Excel and MS Word skill.
