Urgently Required For Mona Trading and Machinery Service Coordinator. Assign, schedule and dispatch service engineers for remote or onsite service. Manage the schedules and capacity of the helpdesk and engineering teams to maintain optimal flow of work. Responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch of service team, Perform service request intake from clients, Monitor and Improve Services to Resolve Client Issues. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point). College/ University degree holder, Engineering or Business management is a plus. Qatar RP is a must. Has experience of Qatar market is a plus.
