Building Supervisor required for a real estate company in Dubai
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1 Plans schedules assigns and supervises personnel in the custodial care of large building inspects work for maintenance of proper standards
2 Supervises and participates in preventive maintenance and maintenance of building including floors walls ceilings doors windows locks fixtures and furniture’s
3 Supervises and participates in servicing cleaning and maintenance
Requirements:
2 – 5 years of relevant experience. Degree holder, Male candidate preferred.
