Administration Manager

A company in Abu Dhabi urgently requires the following:
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
* Manage human resources, public relations, logistics, government licensing and legal activities of the company
* Oversee and handle manpower recruitment, employee records, visa processing and securing labor permits
* Administer and monitor employee benefits, medical insurances, leaves and attendance
* Facilitate performance appraisals, improve employee satisfaction and resolve diverse HR issues
* Secure, safekeep and maintain company assets, facilities and resources
Minimum Requirement: To qualify, you must have minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant management position, good communication skills in Arabic and English, and a working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Salary: Negotiable
