A Well reputed MEP Company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Construction Manager with the following:

– Electrical Engineering Degree with UAE Equivalence Certificate (ADDC Approved)
– Over 7 years of experience in UAE Projects of various caliber;
– Must be good at planning large-scale, multi-step MEP projects.
– Good writing and speaking skills are needed by when communicating with employees, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc.
– Overlook Project progress, execution of work as per budget, employee output, work flow.
– Make sure that the contractors employed for the project are completing it to a high-quality standard. Monitoring the process, costs and quality is all highly critical
– Expenses of each project must be efficiently managed throughout the process to ensure for adjustments for unexpected issues or difficulties
– Conduct Project meetings at various intervals to discuss the progress of the project and any issues or concerns.
– Driving License is a must (preferred with own vehicle).
