We are a manufacturing and distribution company looking for Logistics Incharge.

Main responsibilities
Manage the entire process in the supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, customs clearance, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
Receives products and coordinates delivery.
Prepares loads for shipment.
Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible streamlines shipping and transportation processes.
Administer incoming and outgoing logistics requirements (import, export, custom) for the company.
Produce and collate all the necessary shipping documents.
Handle all the internal and external enquiries relevant to logistics.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE.
Logistic experience in Fujairah (Preferred).
UAE Valid Driving license.
