1. Skills Required:

Strong background and knowledge in construction industry.

2. Education and Experience Requirements:
College graduate (4 year course in Business Administration, Human Resource, Civil Engineering or related fields).
Experience in UAE mandatory (1 year or more).

3. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing PRO requests for HR related documents, visa applications, extension requests, renewals, cancellations etc.
• Drafting certificates (which includes Salary Certificate, Experience Letter, Salary Transfer Letter, Offer Letter, Termination Letter, Bank Notification Letter, etc.) for employees as per their requirements and request.
• Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements.
• Life and medical insurance enrollment, coordination and tracking.
• Receiving, screening phone calls, referring inquiries and redirecting them when appropriate.
• Maintaining and scanning all employees Passports, Emirates ID, Insurance Cards, Visa Page, Letters and all other employees documents.
• Assist in Preparation of required documents for security pass applications, extensions and renewals.
• Produce and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence memos, letters, cheques, and faxes.
• Organizing and supervising the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office
• Dealing with finance department regarding the timesheets, expense reports, invoices and preparing the monthly salary register for the labour inspection purpose from government officials.
• Work closely with the finance team on a monthly basis to manage payroll information.
• Monitor and track employee attendance. Maintain employee contact list.
• Create and maintain both electronic and manual filing systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Administration manager.
