Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 4+ years of experience in project role in construction projects. Previous hands-on responsibility for quality, productivity and cost management. knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management. Age 25-40 years. Responsible for supervision of all civil works and related engineering works from TALEX side in the project

Coordinate with the civil contractor and consultant Conversant with the technology & equipment to ensure achievement of project goals in terms of time, cost and quality. Must be capable to analyze technology trends and advancements to ensure selection of correct equipment for various works – civil, electrical, mechanical etc. Must have hands on experience or knowledge of working on site- or be open to learning these exciting field of knowledge. Lead the planning and implementation of project. Supervise the contractors on site. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements; Develop full scale project plans. Control and coordinate other members in the team, make necessary reports. Report on project costs as per project budget; Manage project resource allocation

Plan and schedule project timelines; Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Provide direction and support to project team. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Project evaluations and assessment of results.
