HR and Admin Assistant (Time keeper)

Immediate opening for the position of HR and Admin Assistant. The person will primarily have to work as a time keeper, which involves the following:
Fortnightly shift preparation of each department and consolidating in Time and Attendance system.
Checking each employee’s swipe In/Out and following up with respective supervisors.
Monitoring daily absenteeism and employee leave records.
Coordinating with supervisors for maintaining attendance and overtime records.

Apart from the above, he will be regularly assisting the HR Dept. in other general activities. This is a good opportunity to learn and be a part of HR Dept. activities from a grassroots level.
