Technical Manager for BIM (Building Information Modelling) Services.
Overall responsibility of providing pre-sales support for winning BIM services projects in UAE.
Driving meetings, making technical presentations, holding techno-commercial discussions to convince clients. Understand client requirements and prepare detail technical documents and specifications.
Coordinate with Business Development Manager to achieve targeted business.
Work closely with BIM delivery team based at India for timely deliveries and quality of work. 
Must have Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering / Architecture / Construction. Post graduates shall be given preference. Must have thorough knowledge of BIM and allied software like AUTOCAD and REVIT (ARCHITECTURE, STRUCTURE, MEP). Must have 10-20 years of experience in Civil engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture out of which at least 3 years of experience in Building Information Modelling. Persons having international experience in BIM will be given preference. Persons having UAE driving license and Resident Visa shall be given preference. Should possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and oral). Persons having knowledge of Arabic shall be given preference. Mature, result oriented, self driven and independent, should be able to manage his own time.
