1. Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering 2. 8-10 years of experiences in Technical Support 3. Very Good experience in configuring switches, router and firewall 4. Have experience with Help Desk support system 5. Installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products (Linux experience is preferred ) 6. Experience with HP servers, Extreme Product, replication, distribution, availability and recovery of network component. 7. Microsoft and Cisco certification is preferred.
