The ideal candidate will be a team player who has an extensive background in an educational or school setting and take ownership of development and maintenance of the teacher and student (class and exam) timetables as needed. The Timetabling Officer will report to both Principals and be supervised and evaluated by both, as appropriate
Job Description:
* Responsible for development and maintenance of class and exam timetables for teachers and students (school wide support for K-12)
* Provide the necessary support to import and export the timetable data into student management system
* Provide assistance for departmental administrative tasks as assigned by the Principals:
- Allocation of students to classes
- Teacher duty roster
- Room changes (exams)
- Teacher absences/coverage
- Exam invigilation schedules
- Tracking confiscated phones
- Other tasks relating to scheduling and tracking of data/information.
* People with K-12 school experience strongly preferred.
Required Technical Skills:
* Extensive experience with Timetabling and scheduling concepts (block scheduling) and software. Ideal candidate will have experience with Timetabler Software
* Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel (ver 2010/2013)
