Business Development Manager

Incumbent shall work with management team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients within the CONSTRUCTION/ENGINEERING industry . He will prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects and qualify those leads to the wider team at the company. He will also work with this team to propose solutions for existing clients and win business from new clients.  
Bachelor´s/Masters’ degree from a reputed university Atleast 10 years’ solid technical experience with reasonable  exposure to client management within Construction Industry. Must have strong contacts within the Construction Market in the UAE. Incumbent must possess good business acumen with a deep understanding of marketing principles High conceptual, interpersonal, communications and impacting skills, high self-confidence and emotional maturity. A hands-on working style is critical Attention to detail is paramount Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Prior UAE experience is mandatory.
