Provide design concepts and documentation of planning that are in line with client´s expectations. Assist the Sr. Project Architect during the design phases with research, graphics, etc. as required. Coordinate with the Project Manager/Sr. Project Architect with respect to the Project budget and schedule. Participate in client meetings and present creative concepts to clients on behalf of the design team. Note general information required to establish type, expectations, and scope of work/criteria for the intended project. Research and utilize innovative design and creative concepts.
