A highly innovative and emerging Company in Dubai, in design, promotional and construction services for exhibitions, retail and corporate environments, is looking to hire a General Manager (Male Candidate), with industry experience (interior designing/furniture or similar). The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Marketing or an Engineering Degree, highly energetic with excellent team lead spirit. Ideally, you should have solid experience in planning and delivering exhibition stands, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and understanding of this industry. You will analyze and monitor all technical drawings, approve projects and provide all required support to the team to expedite the job and deliver high quality workmanship. Strong financial/budget administration skills, time management, motivator, leading by example, are vital attributes to this job role. You will be responsible for the performance of the company; formulating and successfully implementing company policy; directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company; closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets; taking remedial action where necessary and informing the board of significant changes;  You will be an excellent communicator, with strong negotiation and business development skills; making sure that the company image is promoted to the highest.  Nationality is open – the right candidate should click.
