Qualifications: Minimum 6 years experience in the same field with a large industrial organization preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry having exposure and knowledge in Architectural/Interior designs for efficient Office space strategies/layouts and remodelling of Recreation facilities with exposure and knowledge in Purchase Requisition, Contract Management of Vendors/Contractors, and Asset Management, Hands-on ability to prepare Progress Reports and Tender Analysis Reports, Negotiation Skills, Having Master´s degree would be an advantage.
