- Familiar with different local standards and codes such as Principles of measurement for works of construction in addition to specific knowledge
- Back ground in cost estimation and tender evaluation is preferable
- Sufficient understanding of BIM technology and experienced in application and use the following software ( Auto-CAD-Revit-Microsoft-Excel)
5-Should have experience in quantity estimation for progress payment & variation analysis & analysis of costs delay.
Requirements
Degree in Architectural and Civil engineering or Degree in Quantity surveying and Cost Engineering with min. 7 years’ experience in different types and sizes of building and infrastructure projects.
