An international infrastructure company in Dubai urgently requires an Assistant Manager (Techno - Commercial), preferably Filipino / Chinese; graduate in engineering (with MBA is preferred), with 10 years experience in reviewing / executing tenders; contracts; identification of risks and its mitigation; cost estimation; contract management; project planning and scheduling; age not more than 35.

Candidates must be proficient in use of computers, fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
