Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

We urgently require a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The overall purpose of this job is to ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day business of the company and to assist the Office Manager and all office staff with administrative support. Responsibilities include but not limited to: -
Handling and directing phone calls
Meeting and greeting clients and guests
Organize and maintain office records and supplies
Provide administrative support to other staff members
Receive and respond to electronic communications
Handling the INVENTRY SOFTWARE, AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT FOR SITE Must be: -
Well-organized and Efficient
Professional and Polite
Good computer and excellent English communication skills.
