URGENT REQUIREMENT A leading Construction and Civil Engineering Company operating in Dubai urgently requires: FINANCE MANAGER - The candidate should possess leadership traits and shall be responsible for leading the accounts team. The major responsibilities will include monthly MIS reporting; dynamic budgeting and forecasting; cash flow management; liaising with banks, auditors and cross functional departments; implementing procedures on projects cost control methods, including plants, workshops and stores. Relevant field background and proficiency in ERP are essential. The candidate should be a qualified MBA / CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent and have 8-10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years are in senior leadership or managerial role.
