Qualification: Degree/Post Graduation in the related field, ERP software skills and computer knowledge, Store Management, Document control, Record maintenance.
Job Responsibility:
Accountable for Total Ware House Management of receive, storage and issue of materials and consumables. Having in-depth knowledge of all tools and materials, systematically accumulate and segregate as required. Assist management in the immediate reporting to purchasing any delinquent purchase orders and reporting to management any variance in delivery schedule of materials. Transfer materials to concerned department after carefully determining materials’ compliance with the required specifications. Immediately report any variance of materials from purchase order’s specifications according to quality procedures. Assist management in the preparation of all manufacturing and purchase requisitions for equipment and parts based upon established maximum and minimum quantities. Comply with QHSE requirement as applicable. Other assignment as and when instructed by the Senior Management.
