Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Ability to take control over the staff working under his supervision.
Organize and coordinate meetings, Manage travel and schedule.
Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts.
Carry out the purchase and choose between offers.
Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
Implement and maintain office systems.
Maintain schedules and calendars.
Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
Operate office equipment, ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
Manage office supplies.
Summarize and report to the management.
Implementation of the management instructions.
In case of need and emergency be available during week end and for personal task execution.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
Schedule and organize interviews.
Explain and provisions of the personnel policy.
Requirements
Years of experience; Previous experience in office management environment minimum  5 years. Degree ; Certification / diploma / bachelor.
