A leading Cheese Production and Distribution Company based in the UAE invites applications for the position of: FACTORY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee the operations of the factory. * Forecast, plan and execute short, mid and long-term goals of the factory. * Focus on opening new channels, attracting new customers and handling export. * Follow profitability and all KPIs. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English. * Previous experience of minimum 3 years in the food industry. * Previous experience of minimum 3 years in food production and factory. * Strong technical and communication background. * Self-initiative and self-development skills. * Excellent inter-departmental communication skills. * Leadership qualities to manage the team. * Very strong knowledge of the GCC business environment and export process. Candidates should have minimum three years UAE / Gulf experience in a similar field. Attractive salary + other benefits.
